Melting snow
In a big city snow doesn’t remain beautiful for long. After a while it will be an ugly, gray spot along the road. I don’t like this period.
The snow is back
The snow arrived back yesterday. We will have again white winter in Budapest for a while I hope:) I love snow!

Christmas Tramway
Between the 5th of December and 6th of January the Tram No.2 will have a Christmas decoration in Budapest.
Watching the christmas tram from afar on the opposite side of the parliament, we decided to walk nearer. This is what we caught sight of! Eradiating a very refreshing and christmasy mood on this old Ganz tram. The lights are white and blue. So when it moves, the painted yellow part of the trams makes the entire tram appears like this in the dark :)

Watching steam engine
When I was child I also loved to watch those old steam engines that were used still at some areas of the country. This one is a nostalgia train at the Western Railway Station in Budapest.
Volkswagen
I never had a car like this but I really like these old Volkswagens. I guess this is the only car (at least in Europe) which remain popular in his original shape even after decades. You can find planty of them in Budapest.

New bicycle road
I took this photo in the XIIIth district. I hope to see more and more bicycle roads like this in the city. Budapest might be like Amsterdam one day where you can see a lot of bikes replacing cars.
Early evening traffic
The bus No 7 is rushing on the Elizabeth bridge in Budapest. This Bus is one of the most busy line in the capital.
