Not really at the Parliament building.:) On the photo it is not visible but between the cars and the Parliament is a beautiful something. The Danube river:)

Parliament building
At times you take a photo accidentally that looks like a well prepared composition. We were driving home and Zannnie took some photos from the car and caught this moment not far from the Batthyany square in Buda.
Icy river
The Danube is all icy in this cold weather. We have again a lot of snow and at time -10 Celsius degree. The river looks special like this. You can see more photo here.
Having a rest
The Mansfeld square in Rózsadomb is a perfect, quiet place to have some rest with a beautiful view. To be honest I never been there before, this blog makes me exploring new parts of the city:)
20 year renovation
After like 20 years you can see the parliament building renovated (ok only the Danube-side facade).
The chain bridge from a distance
If you have guests in Budapest and you want to mesmerize them just take them to the Gellért hill and show the Chain Bridge. For Hungarians a bit boring already, but I still like to see the face of our visitors when they see this view for the first time:)

Uborka is the cucumber and this salad simply consists of vinegar, white pepper, salt and fresh dill added to the sliced cucumber. Of course, and lots of sour cream!! +++++
