An important element in a summer festival is the Hungarian food. Eating it in the outdoor just makes it tastes different. It is part of the culture. Hungarian food are incomplete without those preserved paprika in those jars and most of all, if it is the Hungarian sausages you’ve ordered, you must accompany it with that kind of bread :)
Somehow the secret of the Hungarian Sült Kolbász is still a mystery.
It’s one of the most sinful food items here but I think a lot of people really love it. We love it for the winter, with the homemade bread and some mustard or tomato sauce. What about you?
Smelled the wonderful aroma of the fresh bread ‘lángos’ that is baked in traditional “Töki” clay oven or these sinful looking but very delicious skewed meat. Keep your body warm by sipping hot Mulled Wine served in special ‘Budapest designed’ mug which you can take home. That just summarizes the Christmas festivity mood here in Budapest, but you really must experience the mood of it!

This is a very yummy and delicious Hungarian side dish which consists of some very simple ingredients such as potatoes, flour, fat, chilli, onions. The taste is made special somehow with the addition of the hungarian sour cream called ‘tejföl‘. Things to do in Budapest
Some people like to travel ‘like a local’. It means to see the city not like a tourist. And here, is exactly what I’d like to recommend anyone to see Budapest. Cos in my eyes, walking tour is a fantastic way to see the beauty of this city full of history and culturally very very rich. Then when you are hungary, try some of the local Hungarian food which is simply a wonderful way to experience Budapest.
