This blue is how it is in the twilight in the winter season. This photo was taken on the Buda side. In this photo, besides the silhouette of the branches and the house, you also get a glimpse of the street vandalism which can be typically found anywhere in Budapest. Budapest’s snow melting
We have 8ºC today and most of the snow is melting. In winter, I love seeing the sunshine and the blue blue sky, cos this is when I think most of the photos looks best especially of the old buildings and architectures found in Budapest.
Our place – winter version
This is our place in Budapest. During the summer we can enjoy the garden, for the winter time we are little bit closed into the house, but the view is still beautiful.:)

A typical building somewhere in the hills of Buda. Zannnie took it around the Szemlőhegy street. I love the contrast of blue and yellow on this photo. Looking at the blue I can feel the sharp cold weather but the sunlight on the yellow building brings a warm mood to the photo.

Golden snow
I guess yesterday we had the heaviest snowing in Budapest. We haven’t experienced anything like this since years. In fact I had to dig the gate out of the snow in the morning.

This pictu shows quite well how the roads are running long the Danube in Buda. On the left you can see the Parliament Building and far in the background the Palace of Buda.
