Cherry Blossoms | Sakura in Budapest
So, here it is the much awaited cherry blossoms (Sakura) in Budapest. Last year, I took some photos from this same location. It is next to the ELTE university and it looks so beautiful now that the Spring is here! :) Love, love, love!
375 years old University
The ELTE University (Eötvös Lóránd Tudományegyetem) is 375 years old this year. This is the oldest and largest University of Hungary. This picture was taken at the Egyetem square building of the University. The square is newly renovated. You can see more photos here.
Military Academy
This cannon is standing in front of the Zrínyi Miklós Military Academy in Budapest. The modern warfare:)
Festetics-palace
The Festetics-Palace was designed by Miklós Ybl in 1862 for the Festetics family. The place is located in the Pollack Mihály square right behind the National Museum. Today it is a private University.
German exam
On friday I took my German exam at this place. I had to translate a document that was actually the concept of Soteria Bern. I like this initiative. If one day I go crazy I would prefer to be treated like this. I will know the results within a few days:)
Career Fair
Our students will be graduating soon. Yesterday and before yesterday a career fair was organized at the University.
Faculty of humanities
The faculty of humanities of the ELTE University. I went there to arrange my German exam which will be next Friday.:)
The highest building of Budapest
The only high “tower” of Budapest is the building of the medical university named after Ignác Semmelweis.
