I guess Szimpla is one of the most famous ruin-pub in Budapest. Actually there are two Szimplas. One is this at the Kazinczy street and a smaller one is in the Kertész street. Both of them are in the VIIth district. The photo was taken by Anikó Katona.

Spring flowers

After a bitter winter, Budapest yields to the first long awaited flowers of spring. The daffodils shyly peek out through the grasses from their deep hibernation within the frozen earth. A bright red tulip boldly defies its gray confines and declares the end of winter is here!

Working on the Margaret Bridge

Minnie Mouse got bored in the west. She was looking for some challenge in Budapest and now she is checking the public transportation system on the map before her adventure.

Today we feature chop1n’s photo about one of the most beautiful spas in Budapest, the Gellért Bath. Its a hotel and spa together with a special atmosphere.

Hungary is really famous of spas and baths, we are very rich in thermal sources. You can find a lot of spa Hotels in Hungary.
