Between the 5th of December and 6th of January the Tram No.2 will have a Christmas decoration in Budapest.
Watching the christmas tram from afar on the opposite side of the parliament, we decided to walk nearer. This is what we caught sight of! Eradiating a very refreshing and christmasy mood on this old Ganz tram. The lights are white and blue. So when it moves, the painted yellow part of the trams makes the entire tram appears like this in the dark :)
You can see more photos on BudapestZin.

When I was child I also loved to watch those old steam engines that were used still at some areas of the country. This one is a nostalgia train at the Western Railway Station in Budapest.

This month the theme day is about WAITING. I selected a salesman waiting for costumers on the Chainbridge. During the summer weekends the bridge hosts festivals and events very often.

Its an old tradition in Hungary. Universities, colleagues even highschools take photos of the graduating students and they creat a tabloid from it which will be exhibited somewhere in the city at a public place. This photo is about the graduating class of special education teachers.

This is the facade of Kogart in Budapest, a villa with interior spaces by Ignác Alpar and architect István Pucher. The building was built by Ferenc József Landauer burgess of Pest as a summer residence at the end of the 1800s. Nowadays it aims to encourage broader participation in social causes by the private sector and to establish a new model for art patronage, especially for fine arts and promoting talented young artists.
KOGART Restaurant • Café is at 112. Andrássy út, Budapest 1062, Hungary
• By foot: 5 minutes from Hősök tere (Heroes Square), 15 minutes from Oktogon
