In 2008 we have posted about the first Nordsee in Budapest. After 3,5 years the successful German chain has bankrapted in Hungary. After Dunkin Donuts,  Wendy’s, and Pizza Hut Nordsee is the fourth large chain that has failed in Hungary.

Vapiano is a new Italian restaurant in Budapest at the MOM Park with a strange system. You have to order your pizza at the bar by yourself but instead of queuing you get this “phone-size” gadget that will start trambling when your pizza is ready.

We have deserved this….

dream vacation

Again a word that I have no idea how to translate to English. Its at the foodcourt of the Westend.

Tracking back our previous posts it is obvious that we like Italian restaurants the most.:) Yesterday we have discovered a new one (at least for us new) on the Andrássy street. And guess what? I forgott it’s name.:) Anyway..I will go back to find out.

Vapiano is about to be opened in Budapest. I guess the staff is having a training and people are more then curious..:)

These lamps on the Nagykörút reminded us to Venice. At Rialto there is a restaurant with similar lamps. But there you can see gondolas through the lamp, in Budapest cars:) And of course….Soproni:)
