Overlooking at the Elizabeth Bridge, this photo is taken on the Freedom Bridge in Budapest. The first find if you are in South Korea, the Freedom Bridge crosses the Imjin river. This Freedom Bridge in Budapest crosses the Danube, connecting Buda and Pest. It is actually known as Liberty Bridge (Szabadsag hid) in Hungary and painted green. In vicinity are the Gellert ter and Fovam ter which are popular to stroll; you can see the Gellert Hill, visit the Gellert Spa and explore the Great Market Hall.

Elizabeth Bridge in Budapest

Elizabeth Bridge is one of the most favourited bridges in Budapest for being the third newest, its appearance and being named after the Queen and Empress of Austria-Hungary. This Empress is very popular amongst the Hungarian people. There are other bridges namely: Megyeri Bridge or M0 bridge, Árpád Bridge, Margaret Bridge, Chain Bridge, Liberty Bridge or Freedom Bridge (the green one), Petőfi Bridge, Rákóczi Bridge and the Ferenc Deák bridge.
