Yesterday I attended a conference where the Hungarian Disability Caucus launched a 250 pages shadow report on the implementation of the UN Disability Convention in Hungary. The strange (funny or scandalous) is that the shadow reports are usually following the official ones. But the Hungarian government has failed to publish any reports on the disability issues. So this time the “shadow was faster than the object” itself. Isn’t it a miracle? In Hungary it isn’t. Have your country signed the UN Disability Convention? How do disabled people live in your country?
