30th Spring Festival in Budapest
There are many places one can visit during the Spring time in Budapest from now til 5th April 2010. This is the time when Budapest celebrates with a festival of dances and operas and lots of outdoor programmes and performances. I love this time of the year very much as there are lots of lovely blooms all around – my favourite is the cherry blossoms!
Cheese Lovers

My husband loves cheeses of all kinds. His favourite is the cottage cheese, sometimes he also favours those hard like ”chopping board”-cheese and at other times like Autumn, the goat cheese :) Here is a place where you can find all sorts of cheeses and they are really delicious looking. You can find this speciality store at Budagyöngye Bevásárlóközpont on the basement called ‘Szega Camembert‘
Other than cheeses, the other selections include ham, pies, vinegars, mustards, jams, desserts, wine and lemonades. This is also a great place where you can find special French or German fresh breads/pasteries.
Be the ‘HAPPY-1′
Caught sight of this hungarian vehicle plate with ‘Happy-1′, it makes me smile :) There are lots of vehicle owners who are quite conscious of the car plate (at least I know it is true especially in Singapore). In Hungary, people are not so superstitious, even there is one taxi service here with the dialing numbers ’444-4444′ :) what about those car owners in your city/country?
