At some point of the city you can find these containers for selective recycle. Not everywhere but hopefully one day the entire city will be more green-technology friendly.

Snow is back
The strike is over. Trams, busses, trolleys have been working again since today morning. And again snowing. Its like normal winter life of Budapest is back.
ORFI
ORFI is the National Institute of Rheumatology and Physiotherapy in Budapest. And a next experiment with frames for me.:)
Strike
There is no (or very limited) public transportation in Budapest. This picture I took weeks ago. The bus drivers are on strike and it has changed the life of the city a lot. You can see a lot of people walking on the streets. If there is no choice you will use what you have only…your legs. Lot of people with car are picking up others from the bus stations. Being on the streets I have an impression that the trouble caused by the strike brought something good, too. People are more open and helpful.

Batthyány square
I am making experiences with these black frames:) When I am very busy I am able to do anything to avoid work! The was was taken at the Batthyány square in Buda. In the distance you can see the building of the parliament.
Spa Hotels
Today we feature chop1n’s photo about one of the most beautiful spas in Budapest, the Gellért Bath. Its a hotel and spa together with a special atmosphere.
Hungary is really famous of spas and baths, we are very rich in thermal sources. You can find a lot of spa Hotels in Hungary.
Driving
This is not the first time that I take a photo here with the same method, while driving. Lets say this is the winter version of the morning driving to the work. Here is the Autumn version.
hard to follow
Very hard to follow the weather on this blog nowdays. One day I take a photo like this, the other day it is all melted. Again next day snow arrives, then rain takes it away. Between -10 and +20 Celsius anything can happen.:)
Örökmozgó filmmuseum
Örökmozgó means “perpetual motion” refering to those machines that are working forever after you switch them on. As we know no machine like this exist but there is a little movie theater in Budapest under this name. On the photo you can see the café of the movies.
