Selective

Selective

At some point of the city you can find these containers for selective recycle. Not everywhere but hopefully one day the entire city will be more green-technology friendly.

  1. Ah yes the separated recycling bins. I remember these, they used to have them near my Aunt’s house until they took them away for some reason. I still think things are easier here in Canada. Here we just place everything in one large recycling bin and place that bin on the curb. They come and pick it up like they do with the Garbage :) No sorting required, they even take our compost as well.

Pretty colors all in a row! And I like them even better because of what they stand for. We’ve implemented segregation in our university and in our neighborhood, and I hope that more communities would.

We recycle here where I live in New York also.
