Its an old tradition in Hungary. Universities, colleagues even highschools take photos of the graduating students and they creat a tabloid from it which will be exhibited somewhere in the city at a public place. This photo is about the graduating class of special education teachers.
That is a very cool idea. I have not been in school for a long, long time.
