You are right Zsolt. My Great-Aunt Marika lives in Torokvesz not far from Roszadomb. She has lived there since 1956 shortly before the revolution. She has very fond memories of seeing Imre Nagy (and even talking to him) near his home in Roszadomb before and during the revolution.With that in mind it was indeed full of wealthy people many years ago. Having been through there recently I am noticing that you are right and indeed the rich people are moving away from the area. However there are still a few people in the area that are wealthy.
My father was born in Budapest and raised in Rózsadomb in the 50′s actually.
