dödölle

dödölle

This is a very yummy and delicious Hungarian side dish which consists of some very simple ingredients such as potatoes, flour, fat, chilli, onions. The taste is made special somehow with the addition of the hungarian sour cream called ‘tejföl‘. See how everyone is preparing to pay with their Forints in the hand, eagerly waiting for this yummy food to be served  :)

This looks delicious and sounds like Italian gnocci but with extra delicious ingredients such as the chilli and the sour cream. What is the Hungarian name for it?
