In Budapest, my favourite is the MEDVE cheese :) Medve simply means ‘bear’ but this flavour is my favourite, the csípőspaprikás! It comes in 8 wedges in this round box, you can spread it on fresh breads or kifli. This type of red chilli shown on the packaging gives it a special taste.
