When it comes to spring we eat more salad and other green stuff in Hungary. I love this period of the year.

Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Endre
This is the statue of Endre Bajcsy-Zsilinszky at the Deák square in Budapest. A very interesting artwork I guess. See more photos here.

This church is in the XIth district of Budapest which is lately called Újbuda (New Buda). Beside the church you can see the house of the priest.

I can’t wait to feel the first fresh wind of Spring, Two days ago we had something like that in Budapest, but today is again rainy. It has been a long winter so pls send me some sunshine:)
March 15 – National Holiday
Hussars, horses, the national flag, kokárda, spring and windy sunshine. On the 15th of March we celebraty the anniversary of the 1848 revolution in Hungary. This photo I took last year..tomorrow I will come with new photos I hope:) See more in info about the 1848 revolution here.

Program Budapest
Movie theater
Most of the movies are located in large malls nowdays. But there are still some little traditional ones with a more friendly athmosphere. One of them is the Bem Mozi in Budapest.
Bus stop for ghosts
I was playing again with my photos.This busstop is at the Margaret Bridge and I greated a ghost sign beside the original one.:)

The VIIIth district is one of the poorest area of Budapest. Most of the buildings have not been reconstructed since the 1930′s. This place is at the Kalvaria square, VIIIth district, Budapest.
