Very cold, smoggy morning at the Moscow Square in Buda. Today is the first day in Budapest when the mayor ordered an official smog alarm. If it will be worse they will allow to use cars with certain plate number only.

    I thought they have already implemented the traffic restriction regulations.

    Cars with license plates ends with odd number can be driven on odd days, even numbers on even days.
