January 31, 2009 - Middle Eastern or Mediterranean

Would you say ‘middle eastern’ or ‘mediterranean’ food?:) I realised I use the word ‘middle eastern’ while Zsolt says it is ‘mediterranean’ :)

I made some pitas for the first time at home :) yes, freshly baked pitas. It was quite successful though. Once in a while, having a vegetarian lunch is quite refreshing! :D

January 30, 2009 - Tramway 4-6

The tramway No 4-6 in Budapest is actually two lines. The No. 4. and the No 6. They route it almost the same especially in the downtown so doesnt matter which you take. Thats why we call them tramway 4-6.

I dont know why but the cold weather usually means clean weather too. The buildings of the Buda castle district are visible from even a long distance.

This masterpiece was taken by Zannnie from the tramway 4-6 on the Margaret Bridge. The island (Margaret Island) is a perfect place for runners, swimmers, bikers etc. so very often you can see people running on the bridge closing to the island or leaving it.
