The 2nd of November is Day of the Dead in Hungary. This is a christian event (Commemoratio omnium Fidelium Defunctorum in Latin) when we remember our relatives, friends that are not anymore among us. I dedicate this post to my lovely grandma and to my grandpa.
On the photo you can see the Kerepesi Cemetery. On this day all the cemeteries are beautiful. People light thousend of candles. You can read more about the Kerepese Cemetery here.
Here in the Philippines too. But I don’t go to the cemetery at this time because of the crowds — I’d rather visit during my parents’ birthdays or anniversaries.
