Platán

Platán

Platán is a pub in Buda at the Elizabeth Bridge. It’s name is not Platán at all. Officially it is called Erzsébet Híd Söröző (Elizabeth Bridge pub) but everybody calls it Platán (platanus, plane tree). Whatever its name is the pub is quite popular among the youth of Budapest especially during the spring/summer season.

Hi Zsolt! I’ll take a Dreher Classic! The picture of the Buda Castle is magnificent; great zoom! And great series of the Elizabeth Bridge!
Miss your comments on Blogtrotter, where I’m still around Rabat, but preparing to move to Casablanca… ;))
Hope you have a great weekend!
