For the nice, clean Budapest

A szép, tiszta Budapestért

Not I am the only one being obsessed with taking photos in the city.:) This guy  was maybe a professional working for the Budapest government because this cute truck was “posing” for him on the Andrássy street for like 20-30 mins. It was like a photo session and I was just sitting behind them with Zannnie..and we took the advantage of the opportunity:)

Ramada Plaza Hotel

Ramada Plaza Hotel - Budapest

The Ramada Plaza Hotel in the III. district before used to be called Hotel Aquincum. I guess Americans have bought it and redesigned it. Only this angle allowed me to include to the picture both the reflection and the lady with the dog.:)

Flower fair

Just right beside the University they organized a flower fair again. It was like a little festival, but mostly a fair with a lot of available flowers. Like these bougenvillas which are so common in Singapore, too. I have bought a white orchidea for myself and Zannnie has new forget me not. I hope they will survive:)

Lecsó

Its rare to get traditional Hungarian food like “Lecsó” in a restaurant. Náncsi Néni’s restaurant is one of them. “Lecsó” is one of my favourite Hungarian food though I prefer to have the version without eggs. Soon I will add the recipe, too:)

Evening scene

Elizabeth bridge

I like the early evening hours when the sky is still lighter blue and the lights of cars give a yellow/orange contrast to it. If one day you will have the opportunity to walk in Budapest do not miss the Elizabeth Bridge around sunset.:)
