Last friday we went out for playing bowling to the Mammut Mall in Buda. To be honest it was my very first to play this game (is it a game?):) and heyyy..nobody said to me that the next day I will have a great pain in my butt’s muscles!!:)

sorry about the pain, it just show us no matter how fit we are there’re still muscles that are pretty much unused on a daily basis.
