With some photoshopping and croping I might adjust the quality of this photo but I am too busy nowdays:) So I just share with you as I took it. In real it was even more darker and the lights in the windows created deeper contrast. I said wow when I saw it (in front of the Basilica) and I grabbed my mobile phone:)

wow! great pic considering you captured it on a mobile phone. I think the warmth of the light in the windows creates a nice contrast with the cool bluish walls. Creates a very inviting abiance, sort of beckoning you to come in.
