Yesterday blue…today yellow is the main color of the post. You know I am on of those who chose a book based on the color of the cover:) Ok just joking….:)
The Tramway No.19 is my favourite in Budapest. Of course the No. 4-6 is more important and modern because of the large traffic and because of the new combinos….and the tramway No. 2 is more famous among tourists…but the real choice is the No. 19.:) Why?
- because it goes along the Danube but not as touristic as a the Tramway No. 2.
- because not so overcrowded as the No. 4-6.
- and because its cute:)

It’a always fascinating to see a city’s transport system.
I love the old trams here in Budapest, and imagining what the city must have been like when they were new!
I used to live in San Francisco and we had trams there too. They were refurbished old cars from around the world: Milan, Melbourne, Blackpool, Chicago. The seats were hard and wooden, and not very comfortable, but I thought they were even more fun to ride than the famous cable cars.
Noted! Next time I’ll travel nr. 19…
Nice to travel on an uncrowded tram. These are very colorful. Good shot.
I agree with you: cute!!! :)
