Grandest ‘Wait’

Heroes' Square

I’ve captured in this shot, the perspective of the waiting moments before the most important event in Hungary begins. In this photo you can see their eagerness (even the men’s arm hair can be see). It was taken right before the parade commenced. This man held on to the gates as many spectators were there to witness it at the Heroes’ Square. I found a small strange detail : since most of the officers in uniform were neat, but I am not quite sure if the ladies’ uniform can be tucked out like this for such a grand event? Click here for the large format :) Have a nice ‘vasárnap’!

  1. You managed to get a great depth of field shot. I like it.

I hope you get to see my bird today.

I am a sucker for parades, I looked at the lardger picture and saw the ring on the second person along, it really is nice. And the lights are very nicely designed.

The larger image is surreal in that when it first comes up the images is flipped sideways. So what I was not definable for a moment. Plus it is so large the arm hair really grabs your attention.

Zannnie’s speciality is to keep photos flipped side away:) Usually I find it weird but now because of the arm hair and the ring the photo is very special to me!
