Hungarian man with hat

A closed-up on the hungarian’s expression. This old uncle was watching the parade and he was with such great pride :) Some of these older generation men are still wearing hats for such national events and it’s quite interesting for me to see them beside me. I felt like I am back in time :)

  1. I don’t understand why men have stopped wearing hats. Men in fedoras look smart, don’t they? Dunno, I always liked them.

I like the expression on this man’s face. Nice photo!

National pride is something many can relate to around the world. City Daily Photo blogger exhibit a kind of city pride and I like to think I have a similar expression on my face when walking through my CDP home town … As for the hat. My doctor suggest I should wear one however I have not started yet. Maybe I will make that a new years resolution.

This is such an interesting sea of faces. Each could make a great portrait. I like seeing me in jaunty hats like the elderly gentleman is wearing.

Here’s to many future shared celebrations!

  6. Love the faces. Love the rows of black pants on the stage, too.
