To be honest this is one of the places where I have never sat before. This Café is in the Halászbástya (fisherbastion) with a great view to the city. A place where you can hardly hear a Hungarian speaks.:)
LOL! I hear you and can see it’s a touristy place…but I would not mind sitting in the shade, sipping something cool and ovelooking Budapest…
Oh, right – I am a tourist ;-)))
la lumiere est tres belle, c’est peut être une place tres touristique, mais c’est une belle place, où il doit être agreable de se reposer apres une bonne journée de marche
the light is very beautiful, it east can be a very tourist place, but it is a beautiful place, where it must be pleasant to rest after a good day of walk
It is a nice place. You photographed it just right. I would set there if I could.
A wonderful photo and polite comment about not hearing Hungarian spoken. Most would have said something like “too many @#% tourist” … In the photo I especially like that you included so much of the ceiling.
Well, I can guess what direction the view is, what’s do you see on the other side? I like the warm colors.
I would be one of the tourists that would love to sit here!
Lovely photo that makes you want to leave your hometown behind, hop across the water, and sit in one of those chairs.
Nice shot. How was the coffee?
I like your picture today…the construction catch the eyes …a very nice building with a warm color.
It’s avery nice place to sit there with a fantastic view – also for an Hungarian, like me, I was sitting there many times!:-)
Vira Vento.
This is a great picture, I also like the lights and the ceiling.
So, it’s a tourist’s heaven, right?
It’s fast class photo, by the way!
I don’t speak Hungarian, but never sat there also. Just had some wonderful views of the city to the left of it… ;))
How ironic… I have not been able to look at DP for the past few days… and today I WAS one of those tourists sitting at one of those tables! It was very refreshing to sit there and watch people and sip my Asvanyviz!

Beautiful light conditions and nicely captured.
