Gabó’s Budapest

Misty

For this week, we have invited Gabó as guest photographer for the Budapest Daily photo site. From now on, we are introducing a new system for guest photos. On the Flickr, we have opened a group called Budapest Award Group where everyone can add his/her Budapest photos and thus everyone is free to the awarding of the ‘Budapest Award’ to any photos in the group. Hence, every week the most popular photo will be invited to be featured on the Budapest DP. For today, you can enjoy Gabó’s picture.

Being my regular visitor(s), you maybe able to recognise that amongst the previous guests’ photos, you’ll find a very similar shot to this one!:)

  1. Stunning. This would work well in either black and white or color. The two people walking into and out of the fog are lonely, seemingly going nowhere. The image is both bleak and beautiful.

  2. never mind the bananas comment….I commented on the wrong blog.

This photo is spooky looking. It’s a great photo mind you.

  3. This photo is stunning. A big round of applause to Gabo – And Zsolt (and Zannie), this idea of welcomimg guest photographers is excellent. I might borrow it one day…

  4. j’aurais bien vu cette photo en b&w pour faire vieux film policier. elle est superbe, belle athmosphere, bravo
