For this week our special guest is Nora with a special photo. Her comment is:
Budapest had been waiting for the birth of my daughter with this ‘green carpet’ maybe.:)
Actually Nora took this photo on the 1st of May in 2004, the day when Hungary joined the European Union. And among others, with this strange idea we celebrated it with green grass on the Freedom Bridge for a day:) It was fun.
The previous guests’ photos:

Well, the carpet certainly is different; glad it was fun!!
That’s a great idea! And a great photo as well!
??????????????? This looks so cool. Wonderful idea – to green the bridges -all of them!!!
What an interesting idea. I never heard of a bridge with grass before. Unique celebration
nice to see my picture together with your cool description :)
Tök jó!! Remélem, hogy a felújítás után így adják át, tudnám értékelni.:)))
superbe cette idee, je trouve la photo tres belle (ainsi que celle du site de Nora)
superb this idea, I find the photograph very beautiful (like that of the site of Nora)
I never seen a bridge with green grass on it but I love this one.
Beautiful picture, though it looked quite weird before reading the text…
Thanks to Zannie for the visit and comment!
This looks totally weird!
I couldn’t be there that time so it is good to see. thanks.
Tell Nora, Congratulations. And the green bridge is absolutely gorgeous.
how cool… a bit of sod and its like a different place…
sorta like a bit of EU connection and Hungary is like a new place! Hummmmm wonder if you would agree.
my anti-spam word is unique!
and of course that is just what this is
a lovely idea and great to have a photograph recording the event.
Hello
Great book. I just want to say what a fantastic thing you are doing! Good luck!
G’night
Hi
I can’t be bothered with anything these days, but shrug. I just don’t have anything to say recently.
Bye
