Every morning when I wake up, I can see this garden outside. And behind the greens is the first floor of the neighbouring building. In a sunny morning my room is filled with light since my window faces to the east. This area which I am living right now is not the best in Budapest, but because of this garden I have been renting this place for almost three years.

Happy Theme Day!
I totally understand the draw of a nice garden. An east facing window on top of that is a bonus!
I like your view of the garden. I have a similar view.
Wouldn’t it be different if you woke up in my house and looked out the bedroom window? My site shows what you would see.

There is something reassuring about having another residence within shouting distance, especially when one worries a bit about the area. It’s a nice scene outside your window. Like Alice, I like the red among the green.
It’s so quiet and peaceful !!! I love it so much and my best compliment because you didn’t choose the “best” area in Budapest !
