Virag – Begonia

Flowers (Virag) from Zsolt!I spotted these Begonias in Budapest and I simply love its cheerful colours. After it arrived home, when I first found out that it needs a well-drained growing soil that is neither constantly wet nor allowed to dry out completely, I got a little worried that I might not be able ‘handle it’. However, during this period, Zsolt took care of it really well ;) You can see the result…as now they look like this !
At one point, (as it was winter) it stopped flowering and I got worried. But now I am really glad to see that they looked sooo beautiful…These are flowers from Zsolt, I really love them!

  1. Well, somebody’s green thumb produced excellent results! The colour came thru so well in the photo.

  2. These are beautiful. It’s nice having flowering plants in doors, they can brighten just about any day. How is the orchid doing?

  3. Oh I like your photograph today. It reminds me of my begonia that I just got and brought home yesterday. Same color too.

My post today explains about a duck’s sexual habits. Not sure if I should label it with an “X” or not.

  4. elles sont tres belles, et une couleur magnifique. bravo pour la photo

Thank you so much for leaving your comments…

  6. Zsolt, you’re not a plant killer. At least not in my league. (I really need to stop boasting my plant killing history.)
