One of the most thoughtful Christmas presents was from Szilvia (Zsolt’s sister)…It was a Culinaria book of Hungary! (Read here for 27pages of excerpts of this wonderful book). And the mentioned of the various cuisine that she had prepared for Christmas or for even the wonderful lunches and dinners for all of our weekend visits – the clever use of Paprika…I read on this present from her that the reason why the Hungarian’s paprika are the best, that’s because of it’s thin skin thus easy to digest plus it is exceptionally SWEET!
As I dun normally celebrate xmas like this, first with the traditional putting up and decorating the REAL christmas tree, with home cooked christmas dinner, lots of cakes, cookies – all were hand made!!…and this is definitely the MOST heartwarming christmas I ever had….In the wintery cold climate of 1 degree Celsius, but its lots of warmth in my heart:)
